    Same for me, I upgraded bits like the chain set, stem and tyres because I wanted to rather than needed to, there was nothing wrong with any of it, I did it purely for aesthetics :mrgreen:

    Everything.

    All that remains now of my Triban 3 is the brake calipers.

    Eventually those will be swapped for DA.
