Newly fitted Rotor 3d+ cranks problem

just fitted rotor 3d+ flow cranks and a power2meter to P5

The cranks are REALLY tight and don't spin freely?

What are people's thoughts on why?.......could it be theock ring?

    Modern BB's with sealed bearings don't spin that freely due to drag on the seals. Just how "sfiff" are your cranks? Do you feel the resistance when pedalling?

    Did you a) include the 0.5mm spacer on the NDS or b) not back off the preload ring before fitting? If the preload ring is backed all the way out and they're still stiff, try without the 0.5mm spacer.
