Just bought a new light - awful battery holder.

You probably know what I mean, a crappy nylon pouch that is secured to the crossbar by a Velcro strap.

Not very nice looking and not too secure by the looks of things.

I'm after a nice looking alternative solution; maybe adapting a drinks bottle and feeding the cable through the spout.

Any ideas, any pic's?

Many thanks.

I dunno - how about adapting a drinks bottle and feeding the cable through the spout?!

It'll be dark when you're using it - so do looks matter ?

Velcro pouch will work fine I reckon.

I mount mine under my stem, still not very elegant but keeps everything a bit more out of the way. If anyone asks just tell them it's the battery for a beta version of a new Di2 kit you are testing ;)

Mine goes under the stem too. I just pop a bit of electrical tape on the headstock to stop the paint getting scratched.

I just use a couple of torch straps.....

around a bottle battery or square battery (helps if it's a rubberized waterproof one.. not the shrink wrapped kind).

You need two sets as you may need to extend the strap that goes round the battery.

Mine also goes under the stem. Don't know it's there.
