Cycling club in bath?

Hi,

I am at Bath University and i need to join a club down here. Are there any clubs that go out every sunday? New to the area so finding new rides can be challenging on my own.

    Did you go to the hill climb they organised up Claverton Hill yesterday?

    i have heard of them. I wasn't in bath over the weekend. Is that a regular event?

    No, it's annual; first Sunday in Oct. About 1km 10% with a course record of 2min 43 sec. It's the minor road up to the University from Claverton Village up to the dogs home on the edge of the Uni campus, so you can get lots of practice in if you are living there. Keep intending to enter, but I always forget until the day, not that I will be anywhere near the leader board.

    Very active road section. Rides on Wednesday and weekends.
