Afternoon Peeps,

Well the football is underway and unfortunately Manure are currently in the lead. After a coffee fuelled morning of peace, I'm off out ferrying Stropteen around so will have make do with listening to the footy on the radio and watch it on the box tonight.

Time for lunch in a bit - egg, bacon and sausage are involved 8)

    Took the Isetta to the car meet this morning, then spent the afternoon scraping loose paint and render from a garden wall, life in the fast lane :D

    Evening folks,
    Excess of DIY has led to my back playing up, maybe I am as old as Bally thinks I am. Medicinal pints would seem to be in order.
    Picking the boy and his mates up last night was a joy. Italian restaurant we go to occasionally, staff said how good they'd been. Had a beer whilst they finished, boy was humiliated by all the staff singing happy birthday. Chatting to the staff discovered the pretty new waitress was from Bassano Di Grappa north of Verona, so got to sample some of the Grappa she'd brought over. I asked if I could keep her but was refused. Shame.
