Probably a daft question....

I want to replace my seat post and collar on my old Carerra Kraken - think its around 2005. I dont have the original seatpost or clamp, but the current didn't seems to slip.

I've measured the post and it comes out around 27mm (analogue caliper), does that sound about right?

The reason I ask is there are an numebr of seat post sizes around the 27mm mark.

Thanks

Chris
