Trek Brake Hose

Hi,
Got a couple of older Treks (4500 and 8500) and I'm trying to work out how the brake hose is retained in the top tube guides. I'm assuming that there is a spacer which slides over the brake hose and pushes into the guide but I can't find any.
Any help identifying the parts and locating somewhere to buy them would be appreciated
Cheers

It's common to use a split sleeve that can be pushed over the hose and then into a guide to retain it in place, try your LBS.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
