I'm considering making a bike purchase from them, how have people found them to deal with ?

    bought my caad10 from them in January. Great service and bike packaged/protected very well for transit.

    seem a nice bunch to deal with too. the chap swapped the white bar tape for black at no charge or hassle.

    Bought a CAAD8 from them a couple of years ago, found them to be fine.

    I used them for a bike about 18 months ago. It took about 3 days to arrive. The bike was securely packaged and double boxed.

    Bought a supersix racing red from them last Christmas, delivered within the week, no problems at all. They seem to have great prices on the Cannondales - mine was around 40% off rrp.
    All the gear and no idea...

    I'm seriously considering one of the supersix evo red's, torn between one them or picking up a deal from the forum.

    The warranty is worth having - just in case you need it - I did for a broken braze on tab.
