Bike Fit - South East England

Hi Guys,

Recently purchased my first road bike. Before I start riding on it properly I would like to get a proper bike fit done to ensure I am riding efficiently and correctly. Obviously never owned a Road bike before so I have no idea what position I should be in (I have done a basic bike fit guide online)

Could anyone recommend any companies that can do a good job with a bike fit? Happy to spend around £200 getting this done. I have noticed that Bespoke, Cycle Fit and Sigma are all within range. Are these companies good to use or can anyone give me some others they have used with good results?

Not sure how Far East you are but Garth Kruger of Vankru Cycling is a Master Retul fitter. Based in Southampton.
He has lots of positive reviews online
