Morning Losers!

It's nearly the weekend! Roll on 4pm Friday.

Yesterday we discovered that one of our mixing consoles is missing a huge, major function. As a result, mild panic has set in about the solution, but it's going to be costly and time consuming. Great.

Today, I'm looking into the various solutions more. Then later, I'm off to Crazy Metal Lady's house for tea and fun.

TKM be jealous because today is my Friday, and it's a half day, and it's my Birthday! Just a morning if looking at dead things to get through then it's time to escape from the southwest back to the southeast, tomorrow I get to escape from the south completely which I'm looking forward to.

This evening I will be getting drunk with a few mates as I've not seen them for a while, plus I haven't got drunk for at least a week, and as last week was such a shit week for me I definitely deserve it.

And so I return to work after 2 days off to find 2 days worth of emails not dealt with. To make I worse, took some lass out last night, haven't been home and I'm still full of wine. Today is gonna be a long day.

Feeling mildly hungover after my usual Wednesday drink. Once again it's the last pint that has caused this, the preceding ones had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately we failed to do the pub wobble as the others are mostly too old, feeble, miserable in varying combinations.
Work will be interrupted by going for lunch with the EPO and then I'm going to leave early as I have to go to an open evening about 6th form entry for the boy.
Until then tea and ginger nuts.

late to work today as we found out last night that a guy who worked at my boys school has been arrested for having indecent images of children on his computer!!! :x I want to smash his fecking head in.

went to school this morning but had to come to work. the gf is waiting there for the police etc to turn up to tell us what's going on.

soooo...I'm a bit distracted today and I have a phone interview for a new job at 1!

Just putting the finishing touches to the weekends cycling holiday, getting dropped at Manchester T3 with a huge box tomorrow and then hitting the executive lounge before going to Italy. Shame I can't abuse the executiveness as I'm the designated driver at the other end!

Evening of smash and curry cancelled till later in the month.........distraught just about covers it. So i'm taking the bottom feeder to the local Thai/real ale place, where i shall have hot curry and damn fine ale......Huzzah!

Crisp packet not needed. Turns out she ahs the painters in today, so we've cancelled. Doesn't look like anything will happen between me and Crazy Metal Lady. I'm not that bothered really, I'm a little weary after last weeks news!
