    A hoarder. Feel sorry for him and his neighbours.
    You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
    If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
    If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

    I'm surprised that he is allowed to keep the trailers on the street like that, I had the idea that it was not legal somehow because of the insurance issues.

    Theres an old guy around the corner from me that gets bikes from the tip and makes them road worthy, selling them for £5/10. He doesn't quite have that many though....

    At least he piled it up in date order...stuff on the bottom is bikes from 1965...or rust as we call it :D
