Currently having a few issues with Cyclecross build.
The frame I have is a 75mm ish bb but it's a Ita thread, I've got a xt bottom bracket but just relised this won't work as it's most likely British threaded.
Is there a Ita xt style. Bottom bracket out there? If not guess il have to try get lbs to retread it to British ;/
Cheers

get any shimano external BB Cups with an italian thread.
that is if it is actually an Itallian threaded BB. they are 70mm wide not 75mm
the Frame is a ?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Ok just to be clear Ita is Italian?
Have you put Italian hollowtec cups into google?
Try it. There are loads."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Ironically i typed hollowtech italian threaded and couldn't find any...
Would this dura ace one do? its for CX build so wasnt sure if the road BB would work with the CX chainset i have (clearance between crank arms and frame was a concern so looked into MTB BBs instead)

Yes HT II BB's are interchangeable across the range. If you definitely need an Italian threaded one then the DA BB in your link will be fine.0 -
So this not working ;( the dura ace bb doesn't come with spacers and fitted it to bike, apon fitting chainset I've got literally no room between frame and the crank arm, less than 1 finger wide.
Any ideas as why this not working at all?London2Brighton Challange 100k!

it does not come with spacers.
road cranks do not use spacers.
if you had spacers on before then use them."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Took it to bike shop and they are rather perplexed, as I thought road bb don't have spacers but then cx builds sometimes use MTB bbs which do.
The clearance between frame and crank is what's causing issues so trying to find a chainset and bb combo that will work...London2Brighton Challange 100k!
