Towbar bike rack for van

Hi there

I'm looking into buying a tow bar mounted bike rack for a van that has rear clamshell doors. Ideally, I want to buy a bike rack that allows me to open the rear doors (at least when there are no bikes mounted). So I need a bike rack that is sitting low and folds flat. Does anyone have experience with this? I found numerous tow bar racks that allow you to open a boot door on an estate but nothing yet on vans that have two door at the rear.

My Halfords one is flat with no bikes on it, you fold up the supports when needed, it is made by Thule.
