Carbon Paste Query

Hi Guys,

I am going to make a saddle adjustment of 0.5cm by raising my saddle and am wondering can i just use the existing paste thats attached or do i have to clean and apply again?

Its for a carbon seat post and frame.

No reason to do it aigain, unless it's a very long time ago and it may be seized.
Not much of a job....
