Cannondale Synapse or Felt Z75

Hi,

I am considering both of these bikes (both are the disc brake versions).
As far as I can tell they are very similar to each other. Both mostly 105 kit - chainsets are FSA / lower level Shimano. Both a £1k.

I used to ride a Felt Z85 (from 2013) so I know the frame will fit well but Cannondale have a good reputation for frames. Will it be a better ride than the Felt?

There seems very little to choose between them, so any advice would be appreciated.
Or are there other <= £1k bikes with disc brakes worth considering?

Thanks, I was thinking it'd come down to that, which is unfortunate. The Cannondale in black and white is boring, but the Felt is odd to look at initially. It might be growing on me, but I'm not sure.

Ignoring colour, it's a toss up between internal cables and carbon seat post :?

The Felt looks to have internal cable routing from what I can see...
That's a good spot. I was looking at the non-disc one, that doesn't have internal routing.

    Never!
Well, I agree. Just temporarily I meant.

I'm thinking I'd rather have something different than something boring

I've had a synapse now for four months and it's brilliant. But what it's particularly adept at is being very comfortable and smoothing out the bumps.
