janex tub tape.

Needing to fit a new tub on my rear wheel and ordered the usual tape for the job. However the box said for alloy tubular rim. So I ordered from a different site and received the same. Its the Jantex comp 76 tape ( orange box). Has the other been discontinued?
Does anyone know if this is suitable for use on carbon rims?

P.S I'm not wanting to get into the glue/tape debate. I've tried both and prefer tape.

I hope it's OK for carbon tubs as that's what I've been using for 6 years :shock:

Ok , cheers.
I just thought that they must have made 2 types. I still had an old box from the last tub I fitted and it doesn't mention alloy on the box. Also the tape is different.
I'm sure it will be OK.
