Reasonable bullet cam

After a nasty incident experienced by my wife today we're looking for a small cam she can put on her helmet (so it is POV) and which gives decent enough footage that it can be passed to police to show the incident.
I have a chunky cam that used to go on my motorbike, in a pinch that could go on her handlebars. But given half her grief comes from people to the side of her it would miss a lot of things.
What would you suggest? Budget range if possible...

There are some decent minicams on ebay for circa £30, just then add a memory card for circa £13......Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
