Upgrading Tiagra Brake Pads?

Hello all,

I am looking to upgrade my Tiagra brake pads to Swiss Stop cartridge type pads (Tiagra aren't this style of pad/shoe) so how do I go about doing this?

Is there a cartridge type holder I can buy?

Yes. You undo and remove the existing pads and just bolt in the new catridges. If you have a look online there are bound to be some videos. Very easy job, only an Allen key required.
