On Saturday 11th at 1200 is ground-breaking adventurer Karen Darke. She is an athlete with the British Cycling team, won silver in handcycling at the 2012 Paralympics, was 2012 World Paratriathlon Champion and is now training for Rio 2016. Karen's adventurous spirit has, amongst other journeys, taken her cycling across the Himalaya and the length of Japan, kayaking to Alaska, sit-skiing across Greenland, climbing El Capitan, and in 2014 to an Ironman (TM) challenge and cycling through Tibet.

On-stage will be Team Sky and GB nutritionist Nigel Mitchell, Team Sky and GB physio Phil Burt, UCI technical expert, road and MTB coach, Andrew Gillott and former age-group Long Course Duathlon World Champion, multiple sportive veteran, bike reviewer and endurance writer Nikalas Cook.
