Hi guys, the problem i am having is that a while back i got a pair of kore durox II 2012 mtb wheels. That was all fine and dandy until i realised the rear axle was a different size to what i thought it was. Alas i trawled the internet looking for a conversion kit which i finally sourced from www.bikebling.com in america or something. The postage took a while as you would expect but when i went to put the conversion kit into the new hub, we realised that the new conversion kit has a larger diameter than the actual hub it's self. I was wondering if this is an issue that anyone has had before and if anyone has any suggestions on what to do to fix it. My LBS said they may be able to take the hub apart and make it fit as a last resort but i would rather get to the bottom of the problem as opposed to botching the job to make it work.
Many thanks.

P.S. i was thinking that it may be because the US version would be in a different measurement (metric/imperial etc) from a UK/Europe one.
