For once a great bit of customer service!
It was recently pointed out to me that the fizik ics name badge clip had gone missing from my seat, I asked on here if anyone knew where they could be purchased and member 'greatdivide' came to my rescue and sent me one free of charge (many thanks) but before this I emailed the fizik headquarters to see if they had a retail stockist list (not realising they are based in Italy)! Anyways, I got home today to find a DHL parcel, on opening it it was a brand new name badge and a few stickers etc! I hadn't asked them for one and didn't even know they had sent one out to me all the way from Verona!
It's little gestures like this that will see me buying more of there products in the future.
I know it's only a couple of quid thing, but Thank You Fizik!!

My Fizik Kurve saddle spilt, so I filled in their online warranty for, got a response within a few hours, saying they would send me a new saddle straight away! Received it a few days later
