Hi there.

Am new to the forum so would like to start by saying HELLO!

I currently ride a GT hardtail (nothing special) and am looking at upgrading to full sus! I mainly ride cannock chase but am looking to venture out to more trail courses.

Am looking at a full suspension bike but my limit is £1500. Have read great things about the Canyon Nerve 6.0 but am put off by the fact I can not test the bike out before I buy and also some issues with sizing. Have also considered the trek fuel ex 7 and Giant Trance. Am open to any suggestions if you have any?

On your experiences which bike would be best for me?

I am about 5"11" and weigh 85 kilos.

Thanks

I know what you mean about the Canyon, however my own experience was I ordered a bike from stock and it arrived 5 days later. I completed the assembly, sat on it, knew pretty immediately it was wrong for me, disassembled it and filled in the return form online. Two days later it was collected and two days after that everything I had paid was credited. So I wouldn't rule Canyon out just because you can't test one.

Pauls Cycles is a good place to look for a deal on a Trance.

    Trek ZX6500 - semi-retired

Not ridden the other 2 but I love the trance, now own my second one, as always test what you can first would be my advice, there'll be a lot of people who don't like the trance too, all down to your personal taste.
