Should I replace my tires?

Schwalbe Land Cruiser 26x1.9 on both front and rear, on a 2007 Carerra Vulcan. They've been on for around 2 years now (although I used Nobby Nics for a few months, and some snow tires for about 3 months over xmas), so likely had around 16 months use all told.
I do a daily commute of 8 miles, with around a 25 mile ride each Saturday, so about 65 miles a week over 50% tarmac and 50% fine dirt through the local cycle path/woods.
I know the 'wobbly' feeling could be almost anything, and I intend to give it a proper look over the weekend, but having inspected the tires I can see a slight wobble on the front one (although the wheel doesn't appear to have any play in it), and a bit of tearing on the tire where the tread meets the tire. (see pic)
The tear you can see in the photo is pretty typical of every tread
Would you suggest a replacement might be the best course of action?

The camera doesnt show alot as its all lit up around the actual tred. If the tires are going bald just get new ones!!0

I've ridden tyres with much worse cracking than that with no issues, the strength is mostly in the cords which aren't affected.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
