Bashring advice

Hi,
I've got a Cube Sting 140 Pro 29 running Shimano Deore, FC-M612, 40x30x22T, 175mm on the front set.
I never use the 40T chain ring so I'm looking to take it off and fit a bash ring but I'm struggling to find a 30T bash ring and of the ones I find I'm not sure which one to go for, they quote PCD's and I can't find the info for the chainset to compare it.
So questions are 2 fold:
1) Any suggestions on bash rings?
2) Should I change the middle ring to something else?
Any help would be great, Cheers.

A 32 tooth will work fine, and it's also called BCD - bolt circle diameter which is what it will be called on most tech docs. I think is either 104 or 96 - depends which docs you read. You can measure it

It's just a solid ring taking the place of the big chainring. Any size will work.I don't do smileys.
