High Rise Stem - Length?

Need to raise the bars on my Planet X Carbon with EC90 SLX forks. New forks on the expensive side and steerer extenders seem to be a no-no on full carbon, so a +30 degree stem seems obvious answer. Wondering if going from current 85mm 7 degree to 100mm 30 degree would keep reach about the same?

Ritchey Comp look to be only real choice in UK (can find the Pro model in USA only) - any other half-decent options?

So I'd need a 110 30 degree. Not sure the Ritcheys come that long. I'll keep looking.
