2 second integrated headset question

Before I ruin my new parkwood frame..
I have one of these: http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/HSFSAOC40/f ... ed-headset
Insturctions and online manual seem to suggest its a case of just fitting the crown race to the forks (easy enough) putting the parts on by hand (bearings and slide up into the frame. Is that really it? Would be amazing if it were that simple!
Any tips otherwise?
