rucksack?
saddlebag?0 -
Google carradice saddlebag (with qr mount) and also bridge street saddlebags - one old school and one new school (kickstarter backed) large saddlebag options.
I have the carradice ((Pendle - 11 lt - they come in multiple sizes and designs) and can't recommend it enough...though it is heavier an I might try out the bridge street one when I get my next bike.0 -

These aren't a bad option and can carry a reasonable weight, upto 15lb."Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

Unless you have a carbon seat post of course.
Decent airflow rucksack?
Have tried various solutions, panniers, saddle bags, seat post beam and they all work ok but rucksack is now my preferred option. Have done lots of miles with mine including touring in france and quite comfy if not overloaded0
