Used tt bike

I have been offered a 5 year old Specialized Transition Comp (carbon framed one). It is in good nick, but used. Spec is fairly standard. What sort of proportion of new price would it be worth? Is £650 an ok deal?

    If you can pick up a Transition for £650 then bite his hand off. If not tell me where it is and I'll pick it up as the spare for my spare.
