26 to 700C V Brakes?

Probably wont get many if any replies to this, but i remember ages ago while browsing for brakes on eBay, i saw a set that let you fit 700C wheels to a 26 frame, and still be able to brake.I went back to try and find them and i had no luck.

Is anyone else aware of such V brakes and knows where to find them?
