Cannondale Synapse Carbon 5 vs 6 (2015)

Hi, ill try to keep this short. I'm just looking for advice really. I have decided to by a Synapse 2015. I was originally on to by a 2014 Focus Cayo evo 2.0 to replace my Specialized Allez Sport (2011). I was out for a fairly long club ride this week and my neck and shoulders were aching from covering the brakes all the time. This has led me towards the synapse for comfort, but i can always slam the stem if needs be.
I'm torn between the 5 and 6. The 6 is £150 more and has the following upgrades:
Handlebars: Cannondale C3 Compact. vs Cannondale C4 Compact.
Stem: Cannondale C3. vs Cannondale C4.
Saddle: Prologo Kappa EVO. vs Cannondale Stage Ergo.
Wheelset: Shimano RS11 vs Shimano RS010
Tyres: Schwalbe Lugano Folding 700x25c vs Schwalbe Lugano 700x25c
Brakes: 105 Brakes vs Tiagra brakes.
FSA Gossamer Pro BB30 50/34 chainset. vs FSA Gossamer BB30 50/34 chainset
The way i see it, the wheels don't matter as ill just be putting my Zonda's on anyway. The brakes could be upgraded to Ultegra for £70. The rest seems minor to me. I don't need folding tyres and i can't see the difference between between the C3 and C4 stuff. Maybe the crank is better?
The shop are offering a wheel upgrade to Fulcrum Quattros for £25 on the 5 and £50 on the 6. Ill go for that either way and sell them, so the price diff is essentially £125. Worth it or not? Oh and the paint job is nicer on the 6 (Matt Black)
For info, i intend to build it up to Di2 next year anyway.

If you plan to upgrade to Di2 next year, wouldn't you be better off going for an Ultegra equipped bike and just buy the upgrade pack?
If you are replacing the wheels from day one anyway, you could potentially end up spending more that you would by biting the bullet now.
I'm guessing there are probably cost constraints and it may not be possible from the outset, but the differences between the two versions don't seem worth spending the extra on given your upgrade plans0 -

I did think that but it will all be replaced anyway with a di2 upgrade. All that will be left is the cassette, crank and chain. The crank is FSA anyway and the chain + casseste will be fine or are cheap to replace. The 105 will all be moved over to my Allez to be used as a winter bike.
As for the other components, i'm not sure they are worth it as i already own campy zonda wheels and will be using those. Basically its minor upgrades on the stem, handles and saddle. I could replace the brakes for ultegra as well for around £70 - £800 -

Also, do you know anywhere selling this upgrade pack or do i just need to source components?0 -
According to Cannondale, the 5 has the Gossamer Pro and the 6 has the Gossamer. Not sure if this makes any difference.
Personally if you plan to stick Di2 on it, then buy the cheaper one0 -

This is an example of the upgrade pack you can buy - just Google it and you'll get options. I don't know this firm so don't base a decision on it.

Out of interest, would you not want the Ultegra chainset when you upgrade?0
