Inner tube sizes?

If an inner tube says for 22-23 or 18-23, as is the case with Michelin, can it be used in a 25 mm wide tyre?

    Yes, I use Michelin 22-23 latex tubes with 25mm wide tyres with no problem.

    Yes. The material will just be a little more stretched and thinner after pushing up against the inside of the tyre so don't get too carried away (once put a 26x1.0 inch innertube into a 26x2.1 tyre...... amazed it didn't pop).

    Im putting them in Vittoria Corsa Evos at 120 psi.
