Giant Trance 2012 X3 bottom bracket

I need a new bottom bracket for my 2012 Trance X3 but I am a bit confused as to which one - any help/links gratefully received.

It's a press fit but I forget which size. You need special tools to remove and refit them.

Sorry - I realise its a pressfit (should have said) but it's the size that eludes me. Mate has access to tools so no prob there.
