Sportful R&D Bibshorts

Anyone spent any time in the Sportful R&D Bibshorts?
I'm looking for a pair of decent bibs and see these are on good offers. Looking at these and Castelli Free Aero Race but can get the Sportfuls a few quid cheaper and wondered if they were on the same level.

Not sure about Sportful, but just got the Castelli Body Paint (Garmin colours) from SportPursuit for £80, and they are very, very nice.0

I've been thinking about these as well now the price is dropping. Tbf they've reviewed very well on all the sites so I don't think you'd be disappointed.Still thinking of something clever to say!0

I've had a pair for a month or so and they are very good indeed. Slightly odd that there is no silicone grippers on the legs at first, but quickly forgot about this and they don't move at all during rides. They are a close, almost compression like fit and the pad is extremely comfortable. I've had similarly priced Assos and Gore shorts before but I think it would rate the R&Ds over both of them. Highly recommended.0

They are very good. The pad is very thin and on first inspection I was rather worried it would not hold up....safe to say it has. I have these on rotation with my Rapha Pro Bibs as my go to shorts for long rides. For the price I got them (£80) bargain in my eyes.0
