Talk to me about (indoor) bike storage

Specifically - I have a space in my hallway where I want to attach some sort of budget hook/device/mechanism which will keep my 2 bikes out of the way. I know there is no such thing, but the more baby/toddler-proof the better.
Thanks in advance.

Some Topeak dance pole contraption.. you'll need a solid roof to fit. Someone sells more elegant wooden ones that stand alone.

I used the Tusk wall storage hooks in our flat and worked a treat, top/tail the bikes so the racks could be spaced closer to each other. Good for the MTB and road bike too.Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.0

How about something like "Clug"?: http://www.getclug.com/0

This is well up to the job of holding my 13.5 kg mountain bike off the ground.

Cheers guys!
The Clug looks cool, but I reckon sooner or later my 2.5 year old would end up a blubbering mess under a pile of bikes. The Cycloc looks like the best solution for me, but to buy two, even at Wiggle prices is going to cost about £65 - not exactly budget.
The BBB hook looks like it fits the bill.0 -
We got something from Halfords that holds 2 bikes
