My Login isn't activated

Hi, I've had my username and login for years, at the weekend I changed my email address in the control panel and I can no longer login.
I've created this account just that I can post on the forum.
My usual username is j4m1eb
Can someone please fix it. Ta

I never got one, have tried a password reset but again the account fails0
