WIll this take a 9 speed campag cassette??

I've scared myself silly reading numerous technical articles on the subject. Saying i need a new wheel.

WIll this freehub take a campag 9 speed cassette.....it is currently 8 speed

    I may be wrong, but that looks like a shimano freehub. If that's the case, then no.

    It's an 8 speed Campa freehub and will not take 9 speed cogs.

    Could i add a different freehub? In order to accomodate a 9 speed cassette?

    Depends on the hub.
    Some 8 speed hubs from the 9ties could be converted to 9 speed , but at this moment it isn't worth the money unless you already have a 9 speed freehub or complete 9-10 speed hub for the parts.
