Yes, very good instruction although we didn't actually finish all the items stated I think it was still well worth it.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

Great day with Alex from Chase Skills.
Learnt loads - just a few changes to bike (seat height & position) made a massive difference in my riding.
Climbing technique was an eye opener - really useful and was really loving the drops and descents until the end of the day when I fluffed the small drop at the end of Zig Zak (not enough speed and back wheel slipped).
Great fun and looking forward to putting it all into practice next time out._______________
