So after seeing a pulsing front bike light this morning on my way to work. It really grabbed my attention so I was looking at them and the only ones I found are exposure ones but I've read a lot of reviews that state that the batteries don't hold charge at all when not in use. So are there any other options.

Cheers mark

  • There are a few options out there- I think exposure were one of the first to do them but have been copied since. I've got a clip on Cateye NIMA light that takes 2 CR2032 batteries that has a pulsing mode, and I know Lezyne does them.

A quick search of Wiggle bought me the Lezyne Hecto Drive front light which has a few modes including pulse- seems to be a reasonable unit. Some of the comments do bemoan the battery life as well though- seems you tend to get what you pay for.
