Focus Cayo 2.0 to Giant Propel Advanced 3.0. Swap/Upgrade

I’m looking to change my current stead from a Focus Cayo 2.0 to a Giant Propel Advanced 3.
Basically a few questions on this.
I am into Triathlons and want to go faster. Will the Advanced 3 be faster and give me an aero advantage?
I’m aware the cayo is an ultegra build whereas the propel is 105 but I like the frame and the general look of the advanced more.
I also enjoy cycling in general for example I've done the Fred Whitton this year and numerous other sportives.
Any thoughts?
Is it worth swapping one for the other? Similar price point, one aero, one not.

Was chatting to a guy yesterday riding a propel over 100miles and he has to ride on tubs he says the bike is so stiff. Not sure what model or anything he had.0

Cheers Paul. How would that stiffness vary from a normal road bike tho? I don't think there's that much flex in my Focus.0

It won't make much difference unless you are an elite athlete and already have aero wheels, helmet and skin suit. From what the guys in my club say those three things are far more important than an aero frame. It will be a handful seconds over the 40km Olympic distance bike.0

Before I bought my Scott Foil, I thought the same thing about my own Cayo Evo. The Cayo is torsionally pretty stiff, but it still has a nice compliant ride in comparison.0 -
Cheers guys. I think I'll opt for some decent aero wheels for the Focus instead. That is likely to make more of a difference and cost less. Any ideas on aero wheels?0
