Brake set query

Hey all ,
Recently changed the wheelset on my defy 2 with some campagnolo scirocco's 35mm and love them , but now I want to change the Un branded brake calipers and have seen some campagnolo centaur brakes on wiggle. Will I have a compatibility issue with my shimano set up ?
Just wanted to make sure before I get them , apologies if it's a daft question.

main issue is you will have no quick release for wheel change so might have to use the cable barrel adjuster by the calliper clamp. Shimano brake quick release is on the calliper, campag is on the lever.Colnago Addict!0

My mild OCD would go into overdrive with unmatching components from different groupsets.Ribble Ultralite Racing 7005, Campagnolo Veloce groupset, Campagnolo Khamsin G3 wheel set0

You will lose the ability to release the caliper before taking the wheel out. So, if you are running fat tyres you will end up having to widen the brake calipers with the inline cable adjuster to do it. If the tyres aren't too fat the wheel will tap out without doing anything, you'll be okay with 23mm tyres for instance (even with 23mm conti's which often blow up a little bigger).
Also, the pull ratio will be different, so the brakes might not bite in with the same feel as when using Shimano brakes. That said, this often is not a problem. I've mixed brakes from major manufacturers before and all the things I mention here have not been issues, BUT, they could be as I haven't mixed the things you are going to.0 -
Haha I know what you mean by that , I forgot the issue with quick release. Might just go for the FSA SLK ones , I do run 23mm vittoria rubino pro's so no issue with clearance .0
