Rockshok Revelation issue

Hi guys,
Went out for a ride on a new set of second had forks today and they have failed. The forks are a 2010 dual air u-turn revelation fork. They were working fine until I rode off a 1 foot step, they compressed through the travel and now won't return to full travel. They have lost all their rebound, I can push them through the travel one handed and have to pull them back up to full travel. Checked both positive and negative air chambers and they are holding pressure (110 PSI). Anyone got any idea what the fault might be, trying to work the issue out with the seller and don't want to send forks back for a refund if I'm missing a simple fix.

Potentially this issue?: viewtopic.php?f=40073&t=12652233.
If so it just needs new seals in the damper cartridge.0
