Flip Flop Track Rear - Disc Front Hubs

Is anyone aware of a hub manufacturer that makes both a flip flop ( fixed and freehub) 120 old rear hub and a disc front.
I have been asked to make a disc braked front and fixed rear commuter and cannot find suitable hubs. I doubt such a hubset exists but hubs from the same manufacturer in the same finishing would be nice.

    Thanks Maddog. Phil Wood has exactly what I was looking for in a range of finishes and it looks like Aspire Velotec carry stock or can source anything they don't. Cheers
