Bike Insurance - Living abroad for 12 months

Hi,

This is my first post here on bikeradar

I have a question about bike insurance:

I have moved to Denmark for a work placement lasting 12 months and I live approximately 15km from work. I bought a road bike for commuting and also because I caught itch during summer.

The bike is a £1500 - £2000 road bike and I would like to insure it against theft / damage. I've used google, but so far I have not found what I need.

Any suggestions?

You'll need a Danish insurer for starters, UK insurance will only cover you for a limited period overseas (in 99% of cases).
