I have 2014 fox 34 evo o/c ctd 160mm forks I have recently given them a lower leg service a few months back. Id say they are due a proper service now approaching 1 year old as they seem to be suffering increased stiction even with storing bike upside down on ocasion and lubing stantions with a small amount of float fluid.they seem to be not performing as well as they should. Not getting full travel and seem to be less plush/ more harsh even after lowering air pressure. Can't seem to find a video or instructions on a damper/ air service which ever I need to do. Not really wanting to pay the service prices as I am well capable. Any info on how to and what I will need please.

Doesn't look as easy a RS forks, hence why I'm switching my 32 to a revelation after only 50 miles0 -
Doesn't seem to list my fork or similar one with o/c damper. Or have I missed it?SHUT UP AND RIDE!!!

That might be my bad, now seem to remember thinking the same now you mention it, however the one for the fit damper may be some use.0

I send mine to Mojo to get done. If you screw up any parts servicing the fork yourself it will be far more expensive that what mojo charge. And they do a fantastic job. Forks come back buttery smooth. Plus it keeps your warranty.Nothing ventured, nothing gained. http://doricdiversions.com

When you say "not working as well as they should" - mine were like that from new. It's not servicing they need, its a bin.

The Evo damper is sealed. Just give them a lower lube.
The only CTD Evo forks I have ridden were dreadful. A set of Rockshox Tora's would be an upgrade.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
