Formula brakes- goodridge advice

Hi all,
My bike is in the shop at the moment having Formula T1 brakes bled- but... i built them up using goodridge hose fitting kits, and the shop say that the goodridge caliper end doesn't have a bleed function on the bolt that screws through the hose end into the caliper, and that the brake lever end just leaks constantly and needs the original formula hose end (goodridge kits are unscrewable, the formula ones are permanentlt embedded in the hose).
Any advice? This sounds a bit strange to me- a goodridge product that doesn't work as intended.
Thanks!

looks like they are spot on at the shop - formula bolts have a bleed screw in them, the goodridge one doesn't, what a total waste of money!0
