Winter Readiness - Tubeless Question

Hi Guys,
Please excuse my lack of knowledge on the subject of tubeless tyres.
For the winter I have decided I would buy a Cyclocross bike with disc brakes. My bike has Alex Rims XD-Lite Disc, 32H with currently Continental Speed 35c Cyclocross tyres. These are the tyres that came with the bike - more than happy to swap these out if necessary.
So, the question is, does anyone know if the Alex Rims XD-Lite Disc is Tubeless ready? If not, would anyone recommend any decent puncture resistant 35c tyres? My aim is to ride a mix of road, gravel and mud during the winter - mainly road and gravel though.
thanks,
Paul

Hi,
Doesn't look like they are according to their website http://www.alexrims.com/product_detail. ... =20&pid=53
Sorry, I can't recommend any 35c puncture proof tyres as I have never used them.0
