Forum just hangs

In the last few days I've had problems opening sections and threads here. Most times it's fine but others it just hangs and then time outs.
Anyone else having problems?

    I've had that quite a lot too over the last few days as well.

    Good to hear it's not just me...

    The error message that I eventually get after it has hung is...

    504 Gateway Time-out
    The server didn't respond in time.

    Yep we are aware of the problem and it has been reported, not sure how long the fix will take, but people are aware.

    It's been reported. Likely a result of the migration to a new server, there were always going to be some glitches.

    I got a full pop up ad for football boots !?! Cycling shoes - fair enough, but footie boots...

    Can I have a Wiggle voucher as compensation for the inconvenience of the site problems? :D

    I doubt if it's signature-related - I get the same pop-ups and I have no sig at all...

    Just to inform those who need to know... the problem with the forum hanging and timing out still continues (for me at least). No sign of any fix having been implemented.

    yes unusable - if a problem like this had gone reported but undiagnosed and unsolved for this length of time in my company, somebody would be getting ritually eviscerated by now.

    It looks to me that no one is looking at this problem. It is so easy to reproduce that the diagnosis must be a no brainer.
    If someone has actually looked and diagnosed the problem it would be nice to either:
    1. see the problem fixed
    or
    2. Update us if the resolution is complex and will take a time to resolve - at least we would know. Btw, I can't believe that the resolution can be that complex.
