ISCG 05 chain device?

I have a Lappierre Zesty with a single chainring but want to fit a blackspire DER guide but I dont know what option to get as I dont know what ISCG is? also I want to fit a race face narrow wide chain ring but I dont know what bolt circle to get?

Any help please people cheers.

    On ISG05 the bottom left hole is lower than the bottom right, on ISG03 the bottom right is the lowest. Bolt circle will be crank dependent, but 95% of cranks are 104 on the outer/middle.

    that really helpfull mate cheers, do I just messure the bolt circle to find the right one?

    Ok, so iv just received my iscg chain guide and from the diagram above doesn't seem to match the real thing, it looks like it should be the other way around. Any help here?
