Shimano vs 510

Hi all been looking at getting a new pair of MTB shoes.I have narrowed the option down to the Shimano am41 and a pair of 510 freeride elements. What the pros and cons of both? Any of you have both and would like to give your views

    Five tens have a little more grip but are more absorbent than anything else known to science. AM41's are more than grippy enough, much better suited to UK weather and last twice as long.
    Having had both I wouldn't go back to five ten. I'm going to try Specialized 2FO's this time, just to see what they are like but I would have no problem buying Shimano again.
