Thats not of any use when his budget is £15 per tyre

The Panaracer Fire XC pro is a good all rounder and the wired bead can be found at just over a tenner each.

It depends on where you ride really, wrong or correct tyre choice will make a great deal of difference.

These sound like a great shout at 14 quid a tyre. These are more of a dry tyre though. (wire bead for the 14 quid)
